CONSPACE ROOMS is a web-based interactive installation made by Sinaida and UVALISS (Alisa Feer). This page explains, in plain terms, what happens to your data when you visit it. It is written to meet the transparency requirements of the GDPR and comparable regional privacy laws.

Who is responsible

This site is operated by Sinaida (sinaida.eu). For any privacy question or request, reach out via sinaida.eu or @sin.ai.da.

What this site does not do

• No analytics, no advertising trackers, no third-party marketing pixels.
• No account creation, no login, no forms that collect personal information.
• No cookies are set for tracking or profiling purposes.
• Nothing you do inside the experience is transmitted to a server or stored off your device.

What is stored, and why

The site uses your browser's local storage (not a cookie) to remember two things, strictly necessary for the experience to work the way you left it:

• Graphics quality tier — so the piece doesn't have to re-detect your device's performance on every visit.
• Consent status — a single flag recording that you've seen this notice, so it isn't shown again.

This data stays on your device. It is never read by us, sent to a server, or shared with anyone. You can clear it at any time through your browser's site settings.

Webcam / gesture mode

If you choose "Gestures (webcam)" mode, your browser will ask for camera permission separately — that request is opt-in and independent of this notice. Video frames are processed entirely on your device, in your browser, to track hand position. Nothing from the camera feed is recorded, saved, or transmitted anywhere. Declining or revoking camera access simply falls the experience back to keyboard controls.

Third-party requests

The page loads one typeface (VT323) from Google Fonts. Loading it causes your browser to make a request to Google's servers, which — like any web request — exposes your IP address to Google. We don't control or receive that data. See Google's privacy policy for details. No other third-party service is contacted by this site.

Your rights

Because we don't collect or store any personal data on our own systems, there is generally nothing for us to access, export, or delete on your behalf. If you believe otherwise, or have any question about this policy, contact us through the channels above and we'll respond.

Changes to this policy

If this experience ever changes to collect more than it does today, this page will be updated first, and the consent notice will be shown again.
