Who runs this site

Astral Drifters is a web experience by Sinaida Krivchenko, an artist based in Prague. Contact: sinaida.eu.

Motion sensors

The game reads your phone's orientation to steer. On some phones the browser asks for permission first. The readings are used on your device only and are never recorded or sent. No camera and no microphone are used.

What is collected

Nothing by this site. It has no analytics, no accounts, no cookies and no forms, and it keeps nothing in your browser's storage.

Hosting and outside services

The site is hosted on GitHub Pages (GitHub, Inc., USA). Like any host, GitHub processes technical request data, such as your IP address and browser, to deliver the page. I do not receive those logs.

When the page opens, your browser downloads the 3D library and a small QR-code library from jsDelivr. jsDelivr sees the same kind of technical request data.

These providers may process data outside the EU and EEA under their own terms and safeguards.

Your rights

Under the GDPR you can ask for access, correction, deletion, restriction or portability of your personal data, and you can object to its processing. This site holds no personal data about you, so the only data related to your visit is the providers' technical logs. You can also complain to a supervisory authority; in the Czech Republic that is the Office for Personal Data Protection (uoou.gov.cz).
